100 per cent Australian-made high tensile COLORBOND® steel from BlueScope Steel (formed similar to a conventional roof) is bonded to a solid polystyrene core up to 90mm thick. Then another layer of COLORBOND® steel is bonded to form the ceiling, creating the complete, compact and durable roofing system which is SolarSpan®. This triple material lamination allows SolarSpan® to span incredible distances without much of the traditional understructure, and also allows you to walk on top to fetch that stray ball or frisbee. SolarSpan® delivers outstanding insulation power and unrivalled strength in a roofing panel.
